Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable. However, we will exchange the purchased items based on these conditions:
- Item damaged/defective(manufacturing) during delivery
- Non-conforming items delivered IMPORTANT: DO INSPECT THE CONDITION OF ALL ITEMS RECEIVED.
A. ACCESSORIES & SPECIALTY PRODUCTS (SEND BY NATIONWIDE EXPRESS)
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of goods receipt by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed information on the affected item. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
- Once the request has been verified, you will be notified to exchange either in-store or by mail.
EXCHANGE BY MAIL
- You are to pack and mail the items in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags to the following address:

47500 Subang Jaya.
- For your protection, we suggest all returns to be sent back to us through a traceable courier.
- All shipping charges for returned items will be bear by you and are not refundable.
- New items will be mailed out once we received your complete returned items.
EXCHANGE IN STORE
- Exchanges can only be done in HF Lifestyle's store.
- Exchange MUST be made within 14 days from the date of request validated.
- In relation to where items are out of stock, the exchange will be extended to 30 days.
- After 30 days, the refund will be issued accordingly.
B. Equipment (treadmill/bike/elliptical/gym) & selected specialty items

- The exchange will be done on a case to case basis.
