Exchange and Return

EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable. However, we will exchange the purchased items based on these conditions:

1. Item damaged/defective(manufacturing) during delivery
2. Non-conforming items delivered IMPORTANT: DO INSPECT THE CONDITION OF ALL ITEMS RECEIVED.

EXCHANGE TERMS

A. ACCESSORIES & SPECIALTY PRODUCTS (SEND BY NATIONWIDE EXPRESS)

1. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of goods receipt by email enquiry@hflifestyle.com.my with your order number and detailed information on the affected item. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed.
2. Once the request has been verified, you will be notified to exchange either in-store or by mail.

EXCHANGE BY MAIL

1. You are to pack and mail the items in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags to the following address:

   Attention: HF Lifestyle
   No. 4, Jalan PJS 11/16, Bandar Sunway 
   47500 Subang Jaya. 

2. For your protection, we suggest all returns to be sent back to us through a traceable courier.
3. All shipping charges for returned items will be bear by you and are not refundable.
4. New items will be mailed out once we received your complete returned items.

EXCHANGE IN STORE

1. Exchanges can only be done in HF Lifestyle's store.
2. Exchange MUST be made within 14 days from the date of request validated.
3. In relation to where items are out of stock, the exchange will be extended to 30 days.
4. After 30 days, the refund will be issued accordingly.

B. Equipment (treadmill/bike/elliptical/gym) & selected specialty items

1. For any problems relating to your delivered item, you may call our customer service- +60 12-377 0098
   for assistance.
2. The exchange will be done on a case to case basis.

HF Lifestyle reserves the right to not comply with any request that has breached the above terms and conditions.
